Can pls help me check after 21st April, there's not updates of delivery of my parcel. Pls kindly update as this delivery takes almost a month already (Since 12th April).

Hi CCM,

The parcel arrived in China on April 21 and should be in transit in China now. You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11185 to further check its status.

my parcel is stuck at country of origin warehouse and is not moving ar all for about a month now. is it normal?

On 7/25 estimated delivery was 7/23; no updates (2 replies)

Item shipped on 5/30. Tracking never updated except for estimated delivery date. The last update was on 7/25, and for two days it claimed the estimated delivery date was 7/23. No updates since. Now there is a yellow box on the tracking page that says “This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates.”

Can you please provide some clarity to this situation? Thank you and have a great weekend.
