My package seems to be stuck -
The package shipped 46 days ago, but there have been no updates since “Flight Arrival” 34 days ago.

Hi Mattyaple,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I placed an order off of DHGate 20 days ago. The package was moving fast but its been stuck at the "Flight Arrival" step for 6 days now. The timing from the flight departure and arrival was 8 days, so i was thinking maybe my package was held by customs or something like that.
