No updates for 10 days

There have been no updates for my package for 10 days and i don't know what happened to it?
It has been saying shipping label created for 10 days now.

Hi Uys Prinsloo,

The shipping was created on Feb. 15 but the seller hasn't shipped it. That means the package has not handed over to China Post. So, there is no tracking information. You need to contact the seller to push him send it for you as soon as possible.

My parcel came all the way to Hong Kong and now it’s not moving from flight departure for 10 days it’s coming from China to uk

Hi Jay,

You'd better wait for more days to get update. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK.

Hi,

My tracking number is: EV961948478CN
I'm emailing because there haven't been any updates on my package for 9 days, and it hasn't updated to say that the airline has received it/shipped it. It was posted 10 working days ago, so I'm a little worried as your website says that to Europe, you expect it to take 5 working days, or at most 3-7, but it has been longer than that....

Do you have any other updates please?
