No update since October 1st

Hello,
I sent 2 packages of personal items to the United States from China on September 25th. The last update I have received was on October 1st stating it had been processed in Beijing. I was expecting these packages to arrive after 4-6 weeks. Is this normal or have my packages been lost? The tracking numbers are cp382300268cn and cp382300271cn.

Tracking No UT670059375CN - My package from China to South Africa seems to be stuck at Shangai Airport since November 23, 2019. No movement since. It has been 102 days, and now it says "Expired". Please advise!

Hi Jothea,
It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after Nov. 23. It usually takes about 40-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

They have left China on October 8 and en route to the US now. It's normal. It usually takes about 20-50 days for them to be delivered.
