No update since november 11th - Item into sorting centre

Hi
I have a return that I sent back to China.
Last update came on November 11th which says "Item into sorting centre".
Did it get stuck in customs or what happened? In any case, how do I solve it because the company say they wont pay the duty.

Hi Lisa Dahlin,

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
