No update since "Hand over to the Carrier"

Greetings,
My package last had an update on Saturday, October 21st stating "Hand over to the Carrier" and marked at "SHANGHAICITY". I understand that it is now most likely waiting for airspace but it's now almost two months later in December and I'm not sure who I need to contact. Can anyone help me? My tracking number is LH206848166US.
