My parcel did not move since 29th April. My phone number has changed in case I have to pay customs. Please tell me how to change my phone number or pay customs.

Hi Manuel,

You'd better contact the customs to reflect the problem and ask how to pay for it. You can also pay through the authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to pay.

Hello, I sent 3 packages from shanghai to india on 9th april through china post but they are still not received.
