My document materials were sent on 27th July from Hangzhou, China. It reached to Guangzhou on 30th July as per tracking details. Last update was on 30th July (3:47 pm) that they arrived at Guangzhou regional sorting center since then there has been no update on tracking system. I want to ask why there is no update on the system and has the documents already moved since then?

I ordered 3 swimming suits, 1 specifically said in details ships from warehouse in California. When I received information they all were from China. I was given arrival dates of July 15-27th. Now they are pushed back to September 27th. That is not acceptable, I won’t even be able to wear them on my vacation.i try to contact seller to complain and of course you can’t! Can you tell me where these are? Other places are shipping from China with no problems why is wish having all these issues?

Why have i had no update in two weeks (1 reply)

My tracking says the airline has departed but i havent received an update in days, i need the package before the 27th july is there any possibility of it coming by then. the last time i ordered i got in less than two weeks. can i have an update on it the tracking number LX289019108CN
