No update since 04/12 - is my parcel lost?

Daisy very helpfully answered my query on 08/12 about my parcel (tracking no: LZ496006635CN) stating that it was between locations and there should be a further update after a few days. There has still been no update, is it possible to determine when my parcel will leave Hong Kong and arrive in Ireland?

Hi DB,

It takes about another 15-30 days to reach Ireland to my experience.
