No update on where my package is, please help.

I have not had an update on where the package that I ordered from China is. The tracking has been stuck on "Zhengzhou, has been delivered to the airline transport" since June 17th. Can someone please give me an update on my package and when I can expect to receive it (I ordered to to come to Switzerland). I look forward to hearing from you. The tracking number is RV459434229CN.

Hi Luciano Niedermann,

It was delivered by airline on June 17 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Switzerland after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
