No update on UK Royal Mail tracking RN64837699GB

Can I please have an update on my Royal Mail Tracking No. RN48376993GB. I understand that the package has arrived at destination but the tracking number erquires to be updated with arrival at destination. Can this tracking number please be updated as a matter of urgency so as matters in the UK can progress. Your attention to this matter is deeply appreciated.

There is no tracking information for Royal Mail. You'd better contact Royal Mail to check it for you.

According to the tracking (LZ352695709CN) my item was delivered by Royal Mail on 13th October 2020 but it wasn’t.
Royal Mail say that I have to clam through you as International mail rules mean claims for loss or damage are considered by the postal provider of the country the item was sent from.
This applies regardless of which country the item was last tracked to.
What do I do next?
