Am expecting a very important document in Nigeria which was sent from China (Wuhan) with tracking number EA446358775CN, the last update i saw was;Departed from export office China, BEIJING on 24/8/2019.

Hi, I've sent out a parcel from China to Switzerland on the 9th of March (CP459543087CN), and on the tracking site there has been no update since it left Shanghai.
The swiss tracking site also has no update. How can I get more information as to what happened to the parcel?
