no update on stuck packages ordered from aliexpress - what happened to them

I have not received any information on my packages and both are stuck on shipping it has been over a month. LY495433521CN and LY502081765CN are my two packages, what happened to them??? are they stuck?? did they get lost?? the sellers on aliexpress wont answer me. both have been stuck on delivering to country of origin but I cannot even see if it passed US customs.

Hi user12345,

They are still in China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing they arrive. If you couldn't receive them in two months, it's not normal. Then, you need to contact the seller to refund you as soon as possible.
