No update on parcel, where is my parcel?

It says my package has arrived at departure transport hub for 12 days now without any updates. It is shipping to Norway, and the tracking number is PR229734785YP.

It's sent by YANWEN Express. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived in Norway. You need to wait for more days to get update.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
