No update on parcel sent since 3rd September

Good Day,

I am trying to find out how long it will take for the parcel to arrive in South Africa. There has not been any update since the 3rd of September.

Hi Moomba,

I've checked China Post and South Africa Post official sites and both of them shows it's still on route to South Africa now. It may takes a month for you to get it.

We are now in September and my parcel has been in Toronto since the 17 August we are now in September,
I have called Canada post and they told me China post is responsible and that you need to locate my parcel and give me more information, it’s going to be 2 months it’s ridiculous, I need to know when will I get my parcel.
