no update on package since 10 jan

the last update I got on my package (LA127844697CN) was 10 days ago on sunday, 10 jan, 1.59pm, when it says "received by the carrier". it shouldn't take that long to ship from china to singapore. I'm sure mine was shipped by air, which would have taken 1-2 days. where is my package and why aren't there any updates on it?

Hi isabella,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. It was received by airline on Jan.10 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
