No update on package for 17 days?

Hello! My package has been stuck on the same status for 17 days. I normally get them within 2 weeks. Can you help me?

Hi Kim,

It's not stuck there. It has left China on August 23 and is on the way to USA after that. It usually takes 7-45 days for e-packet to USA. There will be further update when it arrives. Wait patiently.

My parcel has been stock in transit for 19 days and I am getting worried please can someone tell me when it will arrive please. Tracking number is RA025931339jp thanks and will appreciate your reply
