No update on package

Hi I received this tracking number EV746031017CN 5days ago and every time I go to search it, it says still not scanned onto couriers system, usually it'll take maximum 24 hours before you can search your tracking number and it will show atleast something.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
