No update on my parcel

It has been 6 days since I have received any information on this parcel. I need to get it before Christmas. Is this package suppose to be updated? Has it made it to Canada? Is it stuck in customs? Or is it still in China?

Hi Nathan,

There will be update when it arrives in Canada. In normal, it usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
