My packages “ RG027510254CN“ &”RG027489640CN” are held on Guangzhou city and there is no updates since 24 November.

Hello,
I sent 2 packages of personal items to the United States from China on September 25th. The last update I have received was on October 1st stating it had been processed in Beijing. I was expecting these packages to arrive after 4-6 weeks. Is this normal or have my packages been lost? The tracking numbers are cp382300268cn and cp382300271cn.

These two packages were sent since December 31, 2019

Can you tell me if it is still in China or have they left? I have received other packages that left two weeks later from different places. The two are over one month and no update. Thanks
