No update on delivery

LV439209935CN Was ordered in February and has been stuck in China since 13th March, why? If it has been lost I need to know but nothing has moved in over a month and I would like to know what’s happened so I can apply for refund it’s due to be in UK but it’s saying arrived at the destination with you. I haven’t got anything and it’s not stuck at customs or anything

It's delayed in China. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can contact the selelr to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller.

The only thing to update on my Purchase,
Package UH562040082CN
from MAY 25TH was the /delivery date./ I bought a case on MAY 15TH and Delivery was set before my birthday on June 6th. Those plans are now squandered as my birthday is June 20th and they updated the DELIVERY DATE to JUNE 26TH but did not update the status of where the package is. This is ridiculous timing even amid the pandemic and I will be looking for a Refund if it isn't in the States by now.
