No update of tracking

My parcel shipped with Yanwen with tracking number UD417988156YP to India on March 11 has no update since March 15. The last update says "Yanwen facility - Outbound". Could you please help me out and tell me if the package has been dispatched. If not what needs to be done?

Hi Yashwanth,

It's stuck at Yanwe facility now. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you.

My parcel shipped with Yanwen with tracking number S00000232636733 with last status "Assigned destination country post tracking number UQ291163797SG" but since Oct 16th no more updated. Can you help me where is exactly my parcel please?
