No update of my parcel from 3.1.2017

Could you check status of my package? It was not updated from 3.1.2017. No. of tracking is RF490418902CN. Many thanks.

Hi Róbert,

There is no update since Jan. 3 because it left China on the day and en route/in transit to Slovakia since the day. Before it reaches Slovakia, there will be no update. It takes at least a month to reach the country. Wait patiently.

I would like to understand what is happening in Guangzhou center
as you can see, it says on Nov 19th, it has been sent to airline and no update for more than 10days
then, all of sudden it arrived at Guangzhou center once again after custom clearance on Nov 30th and sento airline on Dec 1st. Then interestingly, it has arrived at Guangzhou center AGAIN!
and now it has sent to airline ONCE AGAIN!
Can anyone tell me what's going on with my parcel please????
