No update since 15 sept , its already a month. Flight seems too long to reach New zealand ?

Hi Joey,

e-packet is slow to New Zealand now. It takes about 30-60 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

May i know what is the reason for being so slow ?
Do you have any information if the packet is already in New Zealand or in China ?
