No update in a month

Just trying to figure out what is happening with my package. The last package I ordered through the same place took a little over a week to arrive and this one has been stuck on "the airline departs" for a month now.

Hi Grey,

You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
