Hi Andrei,

It has been stuck in Guangzhou, China since July 28. You'd better wait for more days to get update. As it has been stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi there I ordered a package from Paint with Diamonds back in MARCH 2020, the last update I got was May 14 that it was still in shanghai, according to “shop” app. It has been almost 2 months since update, and almost 5 months total from when I purchased (when their website said allow 15-30 days!!!) and I’m really starting to worry!
