No Update for over 2 weeks

My parcel has been at “Guangzhou City, delivered to carrier transport” for over 2 weeks (since 28th November). How long should it take before I get an update on this or is something wrong?

Hi gracieliz99,

It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
