No update for more than a month

Hi Daisy,
I have ordered a few time the same item for delivery to the US. It usually takes 2-3 weeks when handed to the carrier.
However, here there has not been any update for a month. Tracking number is CY002568925CN.
Can you please advise ?

Hi Ash,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on September 12 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
