No update about my package

I sent mu package from Portugal to Taiwain 21st of November the last update i can see is from 29th id November saying that the package is on his way to the final destination. Since then, nothing. Will my package arrive? is it normal not to have any update for so long? i would be very thankful for any information related to it. thank you in advance. My package tracking number is LA118852369PT.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
