No tracking updates since 1/7/25

Package from China. Arrived LAX 12/29/24, cleared customs. Arrived Chicago Distribution Center 1/3/25. Listed as in transit of 1/5; 1/6; 1/7. NO TRACKING UPDATES SINCE. I've called the USPS. They cannot locate any info based upon the shipping # I have (AM70381620CN). I have contacted the seller (3x's) and they have allegedly requested to "expedite" the process. Any other suggestions on how to handle this? I would doubt I can get a refund without the product? (It was purchased through Walmart with a final eligible return date of 2/16/25).
