No tracking updates from last month.

Hi.
There is no tracking update for my orders. Please let me know whether the parcel is going to arrive or not?

Hi Aresha Mashkoor,

The seller use the cheapest way to deliver your package. China Post doesn't provide full tracking information for this kind of package. So, you can't get more update for them. This kind of package usually takes a long time (one or two months) to reach. If you couldn't get it in time, better open a dispute or contact the seller to give you a solution.

It's been two months and there's only been 2 updates, the last one being almost a month ago. I've used China Post a lot for small packages and it always arrives in about a month. This one is big so I understand it might take longer, but why are there so little updates.
