No tracking update in 10 days

I have been waiting for the above parcel which was ordered in Dec and still not arrived. I need it by this Saturday but tracking has not updated in 10 days. The seller says it has departed but don't think it has.
Can you locate it? I order lots of stuff from China and normally get them in a couple of weeks.
