No tracking update

Tracking for my package says “United States, turned over to carrier”on 11-1-23. There have been no further updates and no information about who the carrier is or any new tracking number so I am unable to track it
If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you and you couldn't receive it in time, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund.
