No tracking status.

I place an Amazon order over a month ago now and I've been getting the same tracking number from them and it has never shown up on your website as being trackable can you please tell me what is going on with my package it says it's going to be delivered on Thursday but I have no tracking details on it the number is LW561583642CN. Please let me know.

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “. The status now says that “this is the final status and carrier does not provide further tracking”. Where is my parcel? LY932225455CN
