No Tracking Status - RV921722815CN

It has been over 7 weeks since I have placed an order, the tracking number is not showing any updated status, is says it is invalid. Please give me an update of the whereabouts of my parcel. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, birthday has past already. Tacking number is RV921722815CN

Is RV921722815CN the right tracking number? I don't find any tracking information for it.

Yes, I was given that tracking number by the seller, since I have received it, it has never showed any tracking history. Now they are telling me that the shipping company lost my item and can only refund me 60% of the money i paid. This is a scam I will not buy from this online anymore and I will post on Hellopeter in SA to report and lay complaint so that South African Consumers don`t get scammed like me by this people.....
