no tracking progress for 5(!) ems parcels

Where are my parcels at the moment? Some of them are stuck for weeks at the same place. I am waiting for the tracking status to change, in some cases, for weeks. It is absolutely frustrating to wait for ages for these parcels to get delivered. Why must EMS be so terribly slow, while DHL is much much faster? and why is the tracking system of the EMS such a mess and so intransparent?

ok, dhl is more expensive, but isn't dhl exposed to the same "Covid-19" in china as EMS is? how does it come that dhl could deliver my parcels from china in less than a week, and that EMS obviously cannot in more than a month? please help me to understand the system in the madness...
DHL is much expensive than EMS. So, it's faster.
