No tracking or package?

Hello, I have had a small parcel shipped through the ePacket system, but for some reason when I try to look at its progress I get an error stating many reasons why it isn't in the system.

I ordered this back on December 3rd and it was supposed to arrive on January 18th.

The tracking code is LM360747685CN , can you please provide any assistance on what might have happened?

Hi Eric,

There is no tracking information for it. It's not normal. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as you don't receive it in time.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.

My package has the following tracking number: UJ206110716CN. I have never received any package and the tracking number has now expired!

I bought this package on March 12th 2020 from (Choo Marketing Sdn Bhd.). This website does not exist anymore!

Is this fraud? How come there is a tracking number for a package at China Post when there is no package around?
