AT410613542CN, AT410613539CN I have not had tracking information for over 11 days, the parcel should reach me in 4 days. There is no contact with the store or the sender.

Hi Mariusz Matkowski,

They are delayed in Dongguan city in China now. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over a month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hello China Post,

My package was posted on 7 Mar 20 from Long Quan to Australia by EMS and the tracking number is EA444413015CN. It has been more than 3 weeks and the tracking information is still invalid. I have asked the sender and it was supposedly sitting at customs waiting for clearance/flight or whatever. Now I understand due to coronavirus there is a little bit of a delay but at least it should have made some progress or show some sort of information on the tracking, unfortunately in this case there is nothing. I have even called up EMS and they said the tracking number is not available in their system either and suggested me to contact the sender. Are you able to track it down and provide an estimated time to reach Australia? I'm sorry but I am really frustrated with this going back and forth between the sender and postal companies.
