No tracking history

Hi there, I have ordered an item from banggood several days a go however whenever I try to track the item the number does not exist to the server, I want to know wether this is a normal thing or there is a problem somewhere. my tracking number CP395613786CN.

Hi anhotman,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm the reason.
