No status update over 35 days

I sent two parcels from china to India and there has no been no update for over 35 days. Tracking numbers are CP341115258CN and CP341115261CN. Where are my parcels ? Are they lost? Why is there no update so far?

Hi Put0828,

These two are sent as China Post large packages. It may couldn't be tracked after they leave some stations in China. You'd better contact China Post directly if you couldn't receive them within two months.
