No sign of parcel

Hi my parcel has been stuck for two months and been shipped for 82 days I don’t know what do to been trying to find out but not getting anywhere?

Hi Kirstylzzy,

What's the tracking number? If you couldn't receive it in two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
