No shipping updates after shipped out of china

My tracking number says that my parcel has been shipped out from china on nov 3 and has added no updates since. The final destination of the package supposed to be Lithuania. My tracking number is CP515478419CN.

Tracking number UE902823463CN was last updated on Mar. 4th. I was told there will be no more updates because the item was sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet. Is there any way to know if it actually left China? My second issue: I'm thinking of re-ordering the item and having it sent International Standard shipping. Will the International Standard Shipping take just as long as the Ordinary Small Packet? Are parcels that are being shipped as International Standard Shipping actually leaving China yet? If so, do you know how many business days it will take for them to get to Canada? Thank you.
