Hi seewali,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after 21 of February. It usually takes about 40-60 days to reach. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the sender to give you a solution.

I have never received my package nor any updates on where my package is or when it will be delivered. Was supposed to be delivered on 2/20/19 and now it's just stopped

It's sent by Yanwe Express. There is no tracking information for it. You'd better contact the seller to help you check. He may could get information for it from seller's platform. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to refund you or send one again to you.

Dear employee, first of all thanks for your previous reaction!
My next question concerns my order with tracking number UN933068288CN.
This has suddenly been canceled as of 22nd of February on my track & trace from AliExpress, without being asked to do so!
The documents were already in order but otherwise I see no change in status!

What!? How is this even possible? The seller says you are responsible for this package and you now own my $200 USD. Where is my package? You can't just hand over a plane with mail and shipments and not give me/use a reasonable alternative? See below my original question and your response.

Shipped in April. Has not moved in over a month. Shipping has opened up and still have received my shipments. Other orders (5/1/2020) have arrived that have only took two weeks to get. Where and when will I get my shipments?

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately it's unlikely either of those orders will ever arrive as both of them were in an airplane that was seized by the Russian government to deliver coronavirus supplies. If you couldn't get update in this month, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
