My parcel EL020298376RU was sent 22/04/2021. As I understand the declaration was lost. But the receiver can't send it by wechat because his phone number was written incorrectly. How can sender (I am) or the receiver change the phone number attached to the parcel? Or is there some e-mail where I can send the declaration?
P.S.: The receiver can't come personally to the custom service because it is too far from him (about 150 km).
