No parcel movement from 12th of July

Can you please track my delivery LZ937601688CN ?
It has been stuck with status Entered the port from 12th of July. I contacted the local Post and they said to wait for update.
The sender doesn't respond on my messages.
Is it possible to get any update from China Post EMS?

It's delayed. You'd better wait form ore days to see it arrives in Russia.
