No news from my packaging

I made an order (LT400701980NL) for more then 1 month and I dont hand any update. Can you help me with that.

It's still stuck in Liege, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
