My package still has no movement for 11 days. Still waiting to for you to ship it. You had it since the 5th of Dec and no movement at all. Where is My package or refund me my money

Hi Chinea,

When a package is in the middle locations, it couldn't be tracked. There will be further update when it arrives in the destination country which usually takes about 20-40 days. You need to contact the seller to get refund if you couldn't receive it in time.
