No movement after logistic order created

Is this normal? My order was aleged send on 9.9 with status label created. But after a week it doesn't show further updates in the tracking system.

There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
