no link to contact seller

Hello Daisy
my packages 300004122647 and 300003979634
just 2 days ago you told me they were still in china and i had to wait a few more days now you tell me to contact seller there is no link to contact seller on the order from wish i just don't understand if they are still in china why it says they have already came thru customs in us. the one tracking service i was using to track it says 4PX express has had the package since May 19 tried tracking from their website no records of my packages can you pleas help me figure out what is going on with them

To my experience, it they are really arrive in the US, there should be update from the destination side. But there are only tracking information fron Origin side in tracking.
