No information on package sent from China may 12

My package LM804983893CN arrived at Airport in Shenzhen China on May 12 and then says “sent to airline”. I have no further follow up on where it is. I understand delays in processing due to covid. I just want to make sure it isn’t still stuck in China. I just received a phone call from Shenzhen China but I cannot understand mandarin so I’m unsure if it was a follow up from ChinaPost or not. Can you give me any further information?

Hi Alana,

It's in transit to Canada now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some more information on the whereabouts ofmy package. The only information I can find online is 'In Transit to Destination Country' but I have said this since Aug. 11th with no change. Called DHL and they said they handed it over to China Post. My local China Post shop said they don't have it. Any more information would be greatly appreciated.
